Hello,  

 

I have two deposits stuck:  

- $10,000 from 11th (marked failed but no refund received)  

- $10,000 from 14th (still pending)  

 

Inquiry has already been submitted and escalation requested, but there is no update for several days.  

Can a moderator please check or guide me on the next steps?  

 

If this is the wrong category, kindly move the post to Questions & Help instead of deleting.
