Max win: tumble plus multiplier was more

Hi All,

I hope I get some responses on here. Has anyone ever won like this? I got a max win on gates of heaven at $4.00 bets, I got $20,000 but the tumble on it was $60.00 X 1002 which would have been $60,000. Has anyone ever run into this?

There is a cap of 5000x on max win in this game. So as u reached it, 4x5000=20000 the game finished.
