Tauraxus Posted August 22, 2025 #1 Posted August 22, 2025 (edited) I am writing this just to make players aware of how people posted multiple times on certain promotions and got chosen to receive rewards for the recent Stake 8th Birthday Promotion. As far as I know, every player was allowed to make only one post per promotion; instead, there were some players who made more than one post and still got picked. This raises awareness about whether the way mods chose winners was fair. Even people who didn't follow the rules of the promotions got picked. This personally, is unfair towards those whom actually followed the rules. Anyway. Thanks for taking the time to read this, and happy Stake day. Edited August 22, 2025 by Tauraxus mrdogecoin 1

To some extend, some could not read the instructions. In that scenario, they could have done promos for people in their own languages so that no translation is needed. Janosch15. Posted August 22, 2025 #4 Posted August 22, 2025 Yes, that's exactly what I mean. You always have to read the rules and, as you say, translate them into your own language if necessary. However, you can already imagine that you don't comment on a post twice to win something 😭 Tauraxus 1

It just shows that Mods lazyballed this and didn't really even check properly to give people a fair chance.

What annoys me the most is that if you look at the winners, which I did. More than half of the winners look like people that didn't even do any effort while those who put in effort, a lot of effort, didn't even win. For example, this guy, VoidHavoc, this meme was really good. I will attach the meme below. Most memes that were chosen was either copy and paste and no originallity like the Plinko and monthly spams while some memes won for example that didn't follow the rules. Janosch15. 1

mrdogecoin Posted August 22, 2025 #9 Posted August 22, 2025 I talked about this in another topic I created, I won after I complained, luck or coincidence I don't know! Tauraxus 1

From now on, maybe we should also do low effort memes, etc, and spam 5+ posts on one promotion. 4 minutes ago, mrdogecoin said: I talked about this in another topic I created, I won after I complained, luck or coincidence I don't know! mrdogecoin Posted August 22, 2025 #11 Posted August 22, 2025 It must be some kind of random shit like the one Eddie chooses the rooms on discord on Saturday. There is no evaluator who analyzes memes or posts that require more attention!

There is no evaluator who analyzes memes or posts that require more attention! That's my first reason yeah. Random number generator, picks the winners, and don't check if they followed the rules. Just choose them and posts them as winners. Not a fair process but it is what it is. I always say next time but some of us aren't around anymore next time.
VoidHavoc Posted August 22, 2025 #13 Posted August 22, 2025 (edited) What I'm upset about with this particular post winners is the amount of EFFORT that was put into the memes. The rules stated that it had to be a MEME, and yet winners who posted cakes with no words, or zero context, won. People who literally put zero thought, copy pasted other peoples memes, won. Almost every single damn person did a Plinko or Monthly meme, but they get rewarded for "EFFORT". This was total BS, and the fact that 0 effort "memes" won is beyond bad. SOOOOO many people did a Plinko drop meme, and so many of them won. So the effort that I put into my meme was just null and void. Thanks, Stake, for picking memes that make zero fucking sense, for picking memes that were low effort and low thought put into them and for picking cake images that weren't even fucking memes to begin win. Thanks for picking a winner who literally broke the rules and posted TWICE! Over half of the memes weren't even FUNNY! Out of 20 of them, only 3 humoured me! I'm disappointed in you, Stake and Stake Mods, you guys suck! Edited August 22, 2025 by VoidHavoc Tauraxus and mrdogecoin 2
bharath621 Posted August 22, 2025 #14 Posted August 22, 2025 I never thought of posting multiple times in the same evet , that's childish, how come people post from multiple , stake should look for this 2 minutes ago, VoidHavoc said: What I'm upset about with this particular post winners is the amount of EFFORT that was put into the memes. You will receive an error pop-up if the ID doesn't exist. But yeah, Stake didn't really check who won or not if you put one and one together. Anyway, grats on your win. Hope you did something great with it. Bharat912 1
Community Manager Jake7589 Posted August 23, 2025 Community Manager #19 Posted August 23, 2025 Hey @Tauraxus We can assure you that no matter how many times a user might comment on each competition, we will only count their first entry. We have systems set in place as part of the selection process that filter out multiple submissions, so no matter if you reply to a competition 5+ times, your submission will still be 1. In regard to certain users winning multiple times, there is still an element of randomness in winning competitions unless stated otherwise. So it's possible for one user to win multiple times; however, we will monitor if certain users are winning too often Hopefully, this answers your question! mrdogecoin, bharath621, pandaboy1989 and 2 others 1 1 1 1 1

In regard to certain users winning multiple times, we have new steps put in place that let us see if a user has won a competition previously. Please note that there is still a element of randomness to winning competitions, unless stated otherwise. Hopefully, this answers your question! I believe that multiple entries should be disqualified, as this is against the rules, and not counted as a single entry. A question is: If a player has previously won, will they be disqualified if they are chosen for a challenge again? If so, will we no longer participate in challenges just because we won once? 1 hour ago, Jake7589 said: I won in Guess the Drop a month ago. Does this mean that under the new system, I can't win another challenge? I participated in Guess the Drop - August and Multiplier Mania: Pixel Castle i was waiting for the results. Will I be disqualified? just because i won one time?🤔 Edited August 23, 2025 by pandaboy1989
zero1zero1 Posted August 23, 2025 #21 Posted August 23, 2025 If so, I will wait for Saturday and comment on every page. This will increase my chance of winning. What do you think, guys Will it work?😂😂 I think my meme deserves to win.🤤🤤🤤 Tauraxus 1
Community Manager Jake7589 Posted August 23, 2025 Community Manager #22 Posted August 23, 2025 @pandaboy1989 You will still be eligible to win and have the same chance as every user. This is a response to multiple users complaining that they have noticed certain users winning 3 or more times. We are simply going to monitor if the same set of user names keeps getting drawn. The goal is to have a balance of randomness; however, make it fair for all users. As for removing multiple comments, the ToS clearly states the following You may only submit one entry. Multiple entries will result in only the first being valid, and all others void. At the end of the day, we now have 1000+ users entering each competition. The best way to increase your chances of winning is to simply follow the requirements in each post and submit as mentioned in each post. I notice upwards of 100+ users who will not follow these clear instructions, then complain that they never win. Best of luck 🍀 24 minutes ago, zero1zero1 said: If so, I will wait for Saturday and comment on every page. This will increase my chance of winning. I think it would be fairer for the user to win only once, thus giving more chances to those who haven't won anything yet. Something that is supposed to be fun ends up becoming something harmful!
