Fire in the Hole 3 5 scatter bonus wont work

Since my post got deleted by accident yesterday ill post again,

Can @Eddie take a look at this and explain it?

I spun into a 5 scatter fire in the hole 3 bonus ON MY BIRTHDAY, was very excited then it didnt work. After 7 days of not loading Stake paid me 24 ARS because thats what the tumble won before the actual bonus. But that they cant help with the actual bonus.

Weird that nobody yet responded to it. Maybe this fits better in support? Anyhow, shouldn't a Mod at least acknowledge?

Nothing, nobody is replying including no limit city, guess im just getting fucked on this one. Not even getting the bonus worth back or anything
