I need to share this because it’s not the first time I’ve had such an issue here. I was playing Dropz with USDC, hit the bonus with a 13x multiplier,  4 USDCplus in that time and got kicked out right after the first free spin. I still had 4 spins left.

When I logged back in, the whole bonus was gone. I contact support after that My balance only showed +5 USDC, which obviously doesn’t match a 13x bonus round with spins remaining.

Again then: 

I contacted support, but instead of checking the logs, they told me I have to “provide proof” with a screenshot or bet ID. How am I supposed to screenshot a crash? All the information is in their system. It feels like they are trying to shift responsibility onto players and avoid solving the issue.

Has anyone else experienced this? Did you get any real resolution? Because right now, it looks like unfair practice.
