WOW Support Logic vs. Reality: Free Spins Edition

Sharing this because the support team literally has no idea what’s going on. I got free spins, hit +4$ on the very first spin, then got kicked out. Logged back in—spins vanished, no record of the play, nothing. And they still insist everything is fine. It’s almost impressive how disconnected from reality you can be while claiming to help🤔

Normally what happens when you disconnect during free spins is they continue without you.

 

So yeah, if you got disconnected, booted out etc, the spins will have finished before you log in again.

It has happened to me quite a few times, but i've never lost out.

Apart from not seeing the spins happen, everything balances out.
