just been in contact with support so i could get access to my account again since 2FA is active and i just need it to be removed so i can make a new one.

i just build myself a new pc and installed windos 11 on it and sent a request throguh email.

i answered every question and provided screenshot ith transactions from my personal wallet just as i have done in the past but i am just being tol those screenshots isnt valid since she claim they arent from my personal wallet even though Stefan have used the same transactions to verify i am the original owned of the account.

this is basicly the worst support i have ever had with stake.

i know that security is a great thing but i simply answered every question and provided every piece of info she asked for but still no support at all.
