Desposit without Destination TAG

Hey Guys, i desposit yesterday first time with XRP but i forgot the TAG.....

I contact the support, he say " send a email on the Foundrecovery

i do this, there answer the morning ( after nearly 7h) and i answer on 8h but now im still waiting

 

how long you wait for this ( i dont think, no one orther is stupid like me and make this fail)
