Mod Abuse

There needs to be a way to properly report mods for mod abuse.  When you get muted for no reason all you can do is email the same person that muted you it's an absolute joke. These mods have way too much power they are like the judge, jury and executioner.  I just got a 2 day ban for making and joke and saying !tip 100sc and then @'d someone that was already begging so how the eff can i bait someone thats already begging LOL. It's a joke and everyone knows it's a joke only a power hungry mod would ban over that, ive seen plenty of people make that joke and no one ever got banned for it.  Some of these mods claim that anything is baiting.  It clearly was a joke and all it did was cause a bunch of dumb noobs to say tip me next. So i got banned for "baiting" people to beg in chat.  People literally beg in chat all day long and they never get banned so how the eff can someone get banned for getting someone to simply do the same thing they always do anyways.  You can tell which mods have miserable lives by how often they ban people for the silliest stuff.  I'm constantly in chat being a part of the community, supporting others and being a net positive so how in the world is it a good idea to push me away.  It's lame stuff like this that seriously makes me consider going to a different casino.  Get your mods in line.

The system for reporting moderators is a complete joke. If a mod abuses their power, there’s no real way to appeal it the complaint just goes right back to the same person who handed out the punishment?

The exact same issue happens on the Polish chat as well. Some moderators twist the rules however they want, punishing people for harmless jokess. Even worse, they allow themselves to do more and more, feeling completely untouchable and some even mock users who try to point it out.

If the goal is to have a strong and united community, moderation needs to be consistent, fair, and accountable. Right now it looks like some mods are just abusing their power and that hurts the entire platform.

BRO, ia just got banned 15 hours ago for making joke for 24h, i make so big post on support chat appeals and for 15 hour no one respond

He will wait to the end of my mute, then will response, on purpose

hey. i just did it. maybne 20 miinutes after got mute for 24h, and you know what? now after 15h NO ONE RESPONSE, MUTE STILL HERE,  maybe someone umute me when my mute end? something like 9hours to go

i saw mods reading my appeal, they was online, they saw it, why u cant understand that mods abuse it, and make it on purpose that they will answer when my mute end.
