cristianachuky1 Posted August 27, 2025 #1 Posted August 27, 2025 A few days ago, I contacted support to review my situation, since about a month ago I received an email notifying me about restrictions to participate in sports and casino promotions… They had told me that the sanction could eventually be lifted, so I asked just in case… and they replied that there were no restrictions. After receiving that news, I decided to participate in the Level Up promotion… but when I didn’t see my name on the winners list, I contacted them again… and this time they told me that yes, the restriction was still in place. Then I complained, asking why they had told me at first that I had no restrictions… and later that I did? They couldn’t be more incompetent. The agent answered that they had made a mistake… So I asked: what about the time and money I invested in the promotion? They told me they couldn’t do anything because it wasn’t their responsibility. I asked who I could contact, and the reply was: “There is no team you can reach out to regarding this matter, as the restriction is permanent. If our team decides to reactivate it, they will do so and you’ll be informed by email.” Support really can’t be less helpful…
