I am pretty down, like 2k on keno forum challenge alone and like 200 loss on the levelup challenge. I finished SVE too with little profit. After finishing those challenge, I received an email from stake (23 hours ago): They removed me from the winners lists of SVE and levelup challenge, and from not going to pay me out on my reward on keno too (prob will end top 5-top10). Those rewards would only cover like 20% of my loss on achieving them. I contacted support but they say they can do nothing about it, decision is final blabla, and there is noone I can contact about it. So thats it. After losing 2k+ on those challenges, they even gonna take away a bit more from me, cause 2k wasnt enough? In my opinion its a disgrace how Stake treat loyal long term customers. I am playing her for 2 years almost daily, wagered about 14 million, and made them some even more money. Stake has probably became too rich and forgot who actually made them rich. It are the players who put trust in you and keep depoing, and you treat them like shit, cause you don't care any more and forgot who actually brought you in this position? Taking my earned rewards after an 'update' on my account, while the challenges were already achieved by me is simply taking someones money in an unjust way. After playing daily for 2 years and wagering so much, having my earned rewards taken away feels unfair and disrespectful. Losing money on challenges is tough, but removing rewards after I completed them just adds insult to injury. I hope they reconsider treating loyal players better.

I finished SvE with profit and finished level up in loss, was about to start keno challenge when I saw the mail - I was excluded from promotions. I also tried messaging support in live support and then through email and none can do shit about it and they said it is impossible to contact the part of stake that issues those "bans". It is insane scam then remove you from winner lists AFTER you already completed it.... I wouldn't be as pissed off if that was from moment you get email, but excluding from the ones you already fulfilled and made on list? pure scam Truly dissapointed as I thought Stake is one gambling site that is fair. I see same people winning across all contests and they never had that issue so I am starting to belive that some people winning are 1000% affiliated with stake.

They just take the reward away that were already won, and for which people depo'd allot and prob lost allot already. I didnt think Stake was like this to be honest, but its just scammy af. Also on keno forum challenge, I prob would ended top 5, maybe even top 3. If they remove me other players benefit from that cause they go 1 rank up. And people of Stake are allowed to participate too (mods, etc). Who knows it are the same people who issued the bans. Its simply corrupt and scam. I havn't depo'd or wagered a singly dollar after, and wont too anymore cause of this. I dont understand the motivation either, why ban people from promotions who spend/lose allot on it. I am a legit player, I dont see the problem. Its a shame what Stake turned into in my opinion, and not a reply of them either here... They are rigging it and too coward to even reply on their own actions.

My wager is almost 15m in just 2 years and i claimed Plat6 in just 5 months. And now no matter how much i deposit everytime losing. Most of the money i won they already took back just within 1 month after i won.

Before that I was wagering on average 10k/week, depoing regularly, doing challanges and playing slots daily, but for my vacation I didn't do anything for a week, plus did a little less for a week. Then I received an email about the changes, I thought because of the "lack of gameplay" (what's ridiculous, if you can't take a day of), so started to wager again, I contacted support, but they couldn't help me. I know Kick needs money, but that's none of my business. It's sad, why is it a problem that I get something from a dedicated pool of money, while I'm losing on the challanges?

They not even try to act like they care about the players/community. They just do whatever they please and only God knows for what reason. I litterly did nothing wrong, beside losing allot of money on those challenges, and as an extra reward from Stake, they take away the prizes of those challenges I fairly finished. I havn't placed a single bet after, and I won't till it is fixed correctly by Stake. But I already know this won't happen, cause they 100% don't give a f**k about us or what is fair and just. The person who is responsible for this decision cowardly hides cause he is as poosie, and not able to justify his own acts, and Stake seems to totally fine with this behaviour.

Noone knows the reason/clarification or whoever is responsible for that decision, all they know they can't do anything about it, and thats it. Kinda sus if you ask me.

It is totally unacceptable they rip players of like this and take no accountability for it at all. It is really disgusting. I have no other words for it.

I personally havn't placed a single bet after, and won't anymore (not that they give a shit, but its the only way for me). Their days are numbered, the sooner Stake and its whole crew go down the better.
