Taking away rewards for completing a challenge

I got this email from Stake:

Stake is proud to provide a fair distribution of bonuses among the entire community. We have identified your account as one that has received an excessive amount of bonuses compared to further gameplay, which reduces our ability to provide satisfaction to all types of users.

This means that your account will no longer be eligible to participate in Stake casino and sportsbook promotions.

You will still be able to claim bonuses such as the weekly and monthly bonus, and you can continue to bet, deposit, and withdraw funds as before.

 

Why are the rewards for challenges I have already completed being taken away? I understand being excluded from future challenges, but taking away rewards for those already completed? Many times you finish them at a loss and then there’s no reward at all?

Additionally, two weeks earlier I received another update about “slightly reduced” rewards. In practice, “slightly” meant about 95%.

All this just to balance bonuses for others? Then let them also complete challenges that earn rewards, and they’ll get bonuses too.

Limit the extra bonuses, like promotional emails, rain, weekly ones — but the rewards for tasks already completed?

got the same thing and even though I completed lvl up and SvE they removed me from the list, it is amazing bs and scam - it is not fair and it's not fair distribution as it just promoted making alt accounts and from what I read across forum that's what is happening, people use alts to win contests - amazing practice stake....good job

I guess on that day lots of people got it unfairly, what is bizzare is that I see same people winning Return of the King every week, or telegram hunts every day, yet no issue, they keep on collecting all prizes. Yet we are stuck in this limbo. 

I assume you still didn't hear anything from them? I am disgusted by it all and moving more to diff casino...

completed both lvl and stake vs eddie promo , they just removed me from the leaderbord.

 

straight scam. deleting from promo's still to be started i could agree on.

but i spon the promos fair and square? 

basicly stake saying , oh wait you profited , lets take same money back?
