Promotion ban without any reason

Hello sir/mam i think due to some glitch my account got promotion banned for no reason, when i asked support regarding promotion ban issue they told me to open in community forum.  my stake account is : ukhatri

Why are the rewards for challenges I have already completed being taken away? I understand being excluded from future challenges, but taking away rewards for those already completed? Many times you finish them at a loss and then there’s no reward at all?

It seems they just take away the rewards you already completed. Basically all people who join a challenge and finish it cant be sure anymore they will get the reward eventually. I got banned too for no reason. And its not possible to contact them about it cause its noones jurisdiction

I talked with my host, with support and mailed support. Noone can do anything, though the decision is final, thats all they can tell.

I lost 2k+ on past challenge, trying to get to the top on keno forum. I prob would have ended top 5. They won't pay me the reward.

So be aware if you like challenges: Finishing one, doesn't mean you will get the reward on Stake.
