goose777 Posted September 2, 2025 #1 Posted September 2, 2025 And so, on August 10, I posted this bet: https://stakecommunity.com/topic/147994-🍭mystery-candy-path🍭/page/4/#findComment-2905062. The contest lasted until September 1, but on August 28, I received an email about a ban on all bonuses on my account, so I wasn’t paid for this promotion. Stake support claims that this is how it should be and that they will not change their decision. What do we have in the end? After having –$35,000 net loss over the year, I get a ban on all bonuses and can’t even receive those that were completed before the ban. No more bets here. Keep banning everyone you think isn’t profitable enough. Good job, Stake! Support also claims that this decision is applied to everyone who received a bonus ban, but when I send them a screenshot showing another player in the same situation who was paid, they say they have no right to comment on other players. It’s completely unfair.
VIP Host NatasaC Posted September 2, 2025 VIP Host #2 Posted September 2, 2025 Hello@goose777, Thank you for reaching out to us. Please note that, for a user to be eligible for a promotion payout, their account must be in good standing at the time of payout. This means the account should not have any active restrictions, as such conditions can prevent the payout from being processed. Unfortunately, since your account was restricted on August 28, before the end of the promotion, you are not eligible to receive the bonus payout. We regret any inconvenience this situation has caused. As explained by our support team, these policies are applied consistently across all accounts, and we are unable to make exceptions or revisit individual cases where restrictions are in place at the time of payout. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your feedback. Best regards, NatasaC
