Tournament step 1-4 satellites freeroll and Buy in for bigger Prize

This is a step forward for big change to the community.

1. Create a satellites tournament with a step to bigger Prize pool. 

Step 1 - freeroll or low buy in to win a seat to the next bigger step tournament.

Step 2 - with a bigger buy in after the first step and the prize is a seat to next bigger tournament.

Step 3 - just like step 2 with just a more bigger buy in to win a seat to the main event of the tournament.

Step 4 - the main tournament after the 3 step to win a seat and a more bigger buy in to have a chance or last buy in for this main event and this could create big prize pool.
