I noticed that I did not receive the monthly bonus email in april.. I leveled up to plat 4 end of march and once I hit plat 4 I stopped getting the monthly emails.  Then I begun to think, well maybe I am not getting the climbing the ladder bonus emails or any other random bonus emails so I reached out to support in may, several times in june and several times in july asking for a solution and to verify that no climbing the ladder bonuses had been sent bc I had not received a single one in 3 level ups well over a year.  EACH TIME SUPPORT ASSURED ME THAT I WAS NOT MISSING ANY UNCLAIMED BONUSES AND NO CLIMBING THE LADDER EMAILS WERE SENT!!! ON COUNTLESS OCCASSIONS!! THEY ALSO SAY NOTHING IS WRONG ON THEIR END REGARDING THE EMAIL SETTINGS.  I already informed them that I check with my email provider and they assured me everything was fine on the email side so I was at a standstill.  I bugged my first host about the climbing the ladder bonuses and got the same answer.  I was transferred to a new host and brought up the e-mail issue and he had me toggle the "receive marketing emails" from on to off, refresh, then from off to on then refresh.  NOW this is where things get interesting, bc my new host actually looked into the "climbing the ladder email bonuses" with the marketing team and in fact, I HAD BEEN SENT 5 OVER THE PAST YEAR !!!, so on the 15-20 times I asked support they did not do their job.  I want to give kudos and a shout out to that host here but thought better of it at the risk of potentially throwing the other host who "claimed to have looked into climbing the ladder emails" and did not.  I did get a bonus of a few hundred for the sum of all of the email bonuses I have missed out on through 3 level ups over a years time!! That was nice, but it was not nice that it was rinsed that same day!!!

What bothers me here is that I DID NOT GET THE MONTHLY EMAIL FOR SEPT!! so this issue is ongoing.. I hope that marketing reads this and at the very least can do a test email with a bonus enclosed for all of the times I was given faulty info over a year's time or reach out to me directly to resolve this.  I love stake, the brand the community ect but I really am taking issue with support, bc out of all of the agents and all of the times I asked, it is clear that not ONE of them actually checked with marketing and that is disappointing...   I hope we get this email issue resolved ASAP.

  -------->   Eddie, the expression goes, if "I had a nickel every time...."  

--------------> You wanna know a cool way Eddie could make this right??  IF he put 500 usd into my vault for each time his support team dropped the ball and failed to do their job.  I think it                               would surprise him to see just how many times I asked.. (Maybe a bonus amount each time I asked my first host)

---------------->   Eddie that would be coolest and most generous resolution to this ongoing saga and of course fix the e-mail issue:)

I think the two people who responded either didnt read my post, unable to read or I failed at clearly describing what transpired.  If that was a case or if they are simple Simon’s from simpleville here are the points…

-I had been getting the emails for monthly bonuses each month until March, when they suddenly stopped. 
-I also had received a total of 2 climbing the ladder email bonuses and ONLY 1 contained a bonus since opening account AND I’m Plat IV.  
-Being that monthly bonuses emails stopped coming I leveled up several times and kept asking if climbing the ladder emails were sent bc I was not receiving monthly emails bonuses so thought 💭 same issue could impact ladder emails amd it has been over a year since last one, 3 VIP level up’s, maybe 4 since last climbing ladder email bonus 

-I asked support countless times to check for me if a climbing the ladder bonuse(s) had been sent BC maybe I was not receiving them ( just as monthly bonus emails stopped arriving in inbox)

-I had been informed NO, no ladder emails had been sent and my first HOST said the same thing.  I leveled up again and cont asking support and host.  Both claimed to have checked and confirmed none were sent or missed.

-then I got z new host who actually looked into it and YES 5!!!! Email bonuses were sent over the year that neither support it first host noticed bc neither actually checked!  
-then I got following morning all those bonuses were credited… 

-I did not get the last monthly email after resetting my settings as Instructed by host so the issue remains and is being looked into.

And not begging… if you ran a business maybe you’d understand CRM 101, especially when a customer is repeatedly is being given false info by countless support staff who NEVER TOOK MY INQUIRY SERIOUS enough to investigate.  It required one simple email/call to the marketing department.  For over a year I was being told wrong info regarding bonuses that were and continued to be emailed, not received for unknown reason and thus unclaimed! Get it?  Got it!! Good…. 👍.   That equates to a year of continuously poor service and Eddie has high expectations so it’s sort of a challenge for him to see himself just how many times.. and of course a treat for me bc this was not how service or support is to operate, ever.  Thank GOD I have an amazing second host who actually looked into the matter.
