Etude Posted October 28, 2018 #1 Posted October 28, 2018 I am expressing quite the dissapointment in the priority of the developers in fixing rather serious issues/bugs/new problems that plagues Stake whenever a new update comes along and would really impedes the growth of the site that is of course much desired by @Edward. Most recent issue would be the chat unable to scroll up all of sudden. (I doubt it is hard to fix at all for a experienced developer, issue has occured more than 36 hours by the time of this post). The point is, I know there has been changelog available now and all but it seems like almost a glaring lack of passion to keep the community happy on site functionality wise?

I know the owners of this site have dreams of Stake growing to be one of the most successful and trusted online casinos. I also know that bugs are an inevitable part of any update rolled out, which won't always be caught during the testing phase. I would however, just like better communication from the developers, so for example, if they release a list of "Known Errors/Bugs", then users can have piece of mind that they are working on the issue Just my opinion...

They are loosing a lot by not listening to what the players are telling them about problems with the site. Instead of fixing the problems at hand they seem to be just moving on to other new projects that are creating more problems for the site

I totally agree on your point. Stake has been trying "too much" lately instead of actually finishing the important things like functionality. I think they should slow down a little and do their job properly. This isnt hate on stake or anything just a point to be made.

Maybe I shouldn't even try anymore? It took them more than 2 months to fix this bug: This one is still not fixed and it's been almost 2 months as well:

Basically when you bet, there is always (nearly) one satoshi left over, so if you try to bet the whole amount, it's gonna say "You don't have enough balance to do that.". It's a little bug but tends to annoy a lot of people. I believe it's already getting fixed though.

Which we will only know about when it is already implemented and placed on change logs. I would love it if when we check the change logs, we can see the estimated time needed for a certain problem and what problem is currently being fixed. So that we know when to expect it being fixed. Just like the chat on stake. We waited and waited without knowing when it will be fixed instead of us expecting for it to be fixed next week or something.(its already fixed now though)

Exactly, when you bet and get a odd multiplier for example 1.5x on a 1001 sat bet you get half the 1 sat and that displays as a 1 and when you bet then you have 1 sat in your balance that you can't use because of this!

There are many small bugs that everyone notices and it, for some reason, takes a lotta time to fix them and. The unscrollable chat was a big problem. For a time in the middle you couldn't change your password (havent tried in a while so dont know if its still a bug). Customer satisfaction should be among the top priorities of theirs

For myself, the most frustrating, and dangerous to my bankroll! Is the bug that does not keep my showing balance up to date as I wager. Many times now, I have gone bust, thinking there was an additional zero at the end of my balance. (ex: shows 10,000 sats, but in reality only 1,000 sats remain) I know some of these bugs can be complex to correct. Having to refresh the screen after each wager to keep tabs on balance is a pain in the ass. Then try to all in and you will get insufficient balance (aka the 1 sat bug), you will have a sat in your balance that you can't bet
