Priorities of serious bugs being fixed.

For myself, the most frustrating, and dangerous to my bankroll! Is the bug that does not keep my showing balance up to date as I wager. 

Many times now, I have gone bust, thinking there was an additional zero at the end of my balance. (ex: shows 10,000 sats, but in reality only 1,000 sats remain)

I know some of these bugs can be complex to correct.  

Having to refresh the screen after each wager to keep tabs on balance is a pain in the ass.  It is totally taking the fun out of the game for me.

 

Guys its not a serious bug and at no point would it ever be considered a priority. 

We are a casino, we cater for gamblers who want to gamble fairly and transparently with their own money. Not people who farm the faucet and have issues when their balance gets to 0. Everyone complaining right now about this 1 satoshi "serious" bug are all people who are free to play players. That is not our priority. We are a business for gamblers, not freeloaders. No high roller or even just regular casual gambler has even noticed this issue, let alone find it a problem. The amount of times they experience it is next to none.

So let's stop moaning about how we prioritise our bugs and actually use our brains for once.

If you have any genuine bugs to report, we are all ears.

I'm in agreement with you about the 1 sat bug. Not a priority.

However, I continue to have issues with my balance not  being in line with what is shown on my screen (unless I refresh screen).

I am not a 'free to play' player, by any means.  If you take a look at my playing history, I have given Stake a helluva lot of money during my time here.  My choice, it's gambling. 

I was hoping to use this topic to bring attention to the issue with balance info keeping pace with what we 'really' have. 

For myself, I bet a whole lot differently when my balance is at 1 million sats vs when it is at 100,000 sats.  I have inadvertently wagered my entire bankroll several times now because of this bug.  I am hoping it gets corrected soon. 

I was probably not clear about this in my initial post.  Hopefully this clears it up, so that you can see what my concern is. I've spoken to support about it before and they stated they are hoping it will be fixed soon.

I really don't know about your case but this happens to me when i bet using different tabs on desktop or simultaneously with another device while open in another since it does not update in real time with the other until you refresh it.

That's the browser, and its autobetting, i have already explained this here:

You cant autobet without viewing the page otherwise the stateful games get stuck due to waiting for the animation. Please read the post and familiarise with how the system work.
