Promo banned without reason

Plat 4 player , i complete alot of promo's since i like not losing to much and getting some RTP back from promo's paying.

Today i get this email, message support and even the promos i completed before getting the email wont be pait out to me?

overal i am down over 100K, lately yes i play way safer by spinning promos like stake vs eddie , lvl up etc.

but stake treating me like this? not even paying already completed ones? 

 

i didnt do anything against rules?

got the exact same mail yesterday, i NEVER claim any bonus drops from tg or try to get rain in chat like a lot of people are doing, just enjoy trying to do promos in a fair way every week, some week i lose a lot doing them but i got 4 good weeks in a row doing them and i guess stake doesnt like that its a shame really, not sure if its automated or not but regardless very lame from stake
