Snike Posted October 28, 2018 #1 Posted October 28, 2018 I was watching some movies a few days ago and I came across "The Purge" which is a movie about a city which has an annualy "purge day". On this day you can do whatever you want. There are no laws. You can kill, steal, destroy everything. I was wondering if it would be fun to have like a purge hour on stake No rules. Lots of fun. It obviously is just a fun idea in my mind and idk if there's a purpose for that but I think everyone would love to just cuss out someone in chat or completely rage out with CAPS and SpPaaAaAAaamMmmMMmM. It could be a hour of complete madness or even just 15 minutes. Let me know what you think.

The chat in Stake is already pretty much handling as much as it can, IMO. I already can't catch up, and leave it off... can't imagine what it'll look like if even 15 minutes of "no rules" are allowed, never mind a single hour of pure chaos! About the series, if you've watched the latest installment, it's all about control. The Purge was less of individual cleansing than it was of controlled apartheid and cleansing by an extremist government (too bad about Marisa Tomei, such a small role and killed off!).

ceastem Posted October 29, 2018 #16 Posted October 29, 2018 well it would be great if we are not that many Imagine nowadays there are always atleast 900 users online on stake, and if assuming only 20 of them chats there at same times with all their rage comments and caps, i doubt we can even read one comment there lol. but i guess we can give it a try and see how it goes haha. i saw a separate channel just like this on other sites and it is usually quiet but ofc atleast they have somewhere to burst out on when they lose instead of putting it on global chats

The bot raining, several random numbers appearing in the chat trying to hit an answer from a question that ended 3 hours ago, by all corners people crying in fetal position begging for their sanity. The only way to stop everything is a global mute. The forum full of people psychologically injured by the hour of chaos. The mods with so many people begging for help in his inbox that ends up creating a topic just for complaints about that time. I would love to see something like that hahaha.

I wouldn't mind seeing a pvp-scenario (similar to Purge) where you can combat other players to take their crypto lol. This sounds awfully hard to code and whatnot though, and also has to take into account people who want to opt-out. Might as well code poker which is probably easier. Of course we could introduce an idea of battleship or some similar multiplayer game where winner gets an award but again that's quite difficult to code. The ONLY thing I like is purge hour for mods, aka they can mute without reason lol (most of their targets probably have reasons behind em anyways). P.S. After you watch Cinemasins on the Purge films you won't like em so much 😛
