Not sure how to call this but unautorized bet?

So i had today a bet issue where i made 2 play sport bet for 130€ but when bet was places it showed only 1 game bet sport:441518250

i contactes the support about it but well lets say, no help and i just let it slide.

So now i had 226€ balance and im used to do like weird amount of bets, 26€ as i had 226€.
i made like 9 play MLB parlay for the 26€ so that i have 200€ left balance, placed bet and bam, im suddenly 174€ and for some reason it did 1 seperate 26€ bet on 1st chosen of 9 MLB bets seperately, single.

I dont wanna be a bitch but twice a day similiar issue and support tells me to cash out less, wtf 😀 even if the bet is win or lose, i didnt place it.

 

anyone else having issue?

here i placed 9 game slip for 26€ out of 226€ i had but when i placed it also placed seperated 26€ for sport:441739793 the exact game, exact options of before chosen 9 game parlay, they say i placed it but i didnt. Wtf😀

2 similiar issues one night😀26€ is not much but still, money is money, i work for my money and i cant just let this slide like nothing happened, twice! I cant understand once, but twice…
