Am in platinum 3 - platinum 4 with 88.97 %    and there is no bonus , is this thing normal or is there a defect …..?

It always depends how much you wager trough a timeline, so if you make 10-20% on a day, you'll get for sure a ladder mail. 
Other bonuses are really randomly given out to users.
