FreitagJaime7 Posted September 18, 2025 #3 Posted September 18, 2025 if your email is hotmail, this might be the problem. change it to gmail. if it is gmail, check the "promotions" section, all promotional emails go to that section in gmail and if you dont check it, they get all lost there (as if it would be spam, they dont appear in your inbox).
