No Vip climbing mail since silver

The first and last ‘Climbing the VIP Ladder’ email I received was when I hit 50% at Silver rank. Now I’m Platinum 1 and have wagered over 100k this month, with 60k in just the last 5 days and still I didn‘t got any in gold and p1

I bought it when I was last gold

I got 3 in total. 
 

the first just when I was about to reach bronze, the second when I hit Gold - then nothing for over a year, despite about 750k wagered over this time - and now I have been Platinum 3 at about 55%. I’ve been platinum 3 for about 8 months now. A couple of days ago, just out of the blue, didn’t even gamble much that week, I got my third VIP climbing email bonus. 
 

Was really unexpected. But I‘ll obviously take the 200$ USD :‘)

 

I honestly believe it to just be really really random.

Actually - I did a bit of research just now. It seems to always come at 55% progress for your current VIP status. 
 

When I got it the 2nd time I was Gold with 55% progress. 
 

When I got it the 3rd time after a whole year I was Platinum 3 at 55% progress. 
 

So in conclusion I‘d say after every second level up when you are currently at 55% you‘ll get a VIP bonus email.

At least you received a vip ladder 🪜 bonus, I am on stake  from 2021  I am P4,  48% left for P5 , still i hadn't received a single ladder bonus... 😄  Just think how many I be felling...

Bro you get a Laddermail when Stake want you get it!!! its not a MUST for Stake!!!

You need spezific thinks you get it, i read this from anyone but what i cant say

I had the same happen to me. Stake often only sends promos and email bonuses to people who have not logged onto te sit for some time
