Literally god SCAMMED by stake support

So on 13th September I made these bets, casino:401846096918casino:401848851862
casino:401847307011. Making me eligible for the Originals Ascent 11-18. I saw myself on the winners list thinking i would get a bonus. 2 days AFTER the bets was placed I recieve a email saying I cant recieve any more bonuses based on my gameplay. So I then contact support on 18th because all players had revieced the bonus. They KINDLY ASK ME TO WAIT 72h for the bonus. I then wait 72h thinking I will get the bonus. But no, I did not recieve the bonus and I just think this is crazy. All bets was placed before the mail. 1 guy even said i was eligible for the bonus. I cant just laugh at this situation. Make me wait 72h for then just say to me direct that I cant get the bonus thats crazy. Actually insane. Please comment on this so Steve and Eddie can see this. @Steve @Edward

he did not scam you he just stated a normal thing that would happen usually they do send the link for winners via chat could be because of the ban you are ineligble have you tried asking support again?

What is up with this new ban where they are emailing people and now telling them that they're unable to claim any weekly codes for the next seven days because of their play has been disproportionate to their standards.? You have to meet certain requirements to be able to claim the bonuses in the first place if you meet those requirements, you should still be able to claim the bonus drops. I don't agree with this
