account restriction removal

I've got restricted about 7 months ago for 6 months, everything passed by and about 2-3 weeks ago i reached out to get the resctriction removed. They reached out to me with 4 questions. I answered all 3 weeks ago. Nothing happens. Still waiting.

 

I gladly waited 6 months, now i gotta wait another 2 months for it?

 

I'm a D5 gambler on this site, i gambled millions and this is what we got?

 

A restriction removal gotta wait 2 months to happen. Its crazy for me even for a company like Stake.

 

Please i want it to get removed right now. Thanks.
