Mlc Posted October 30, 2018 #1 Posted October 30, 2018 Buying Bitcoin doesn’t have to be too difficult it can be done for British pounds, US dollars, euros or another fiat or cryptocurrency on a crypto exchange, certain websites like LocalBitcoins and Paxful, directly from other individuals, or using a special ATM if your in a region that has them. It’s good to know how to buy Bitcoin and that you can buy fractions of a bitcoin. So you don’t have to spend thousands of Pounds, dollars or euros to become a bitcoin owner, Using search terms on google such as “How to buy bitcoin UK” or "buy bitcoins with usd" will bring up the most popular results, but ill try to explain a little for you. First you needs to get a “wallet” , a kind of bank account for holding and using bitcoins. I recommend coinbase, but a google search will bring up lots of options for you, Once you have one, you can choose how you prefer to acquire bitcoins: on an exchange, by finding a local dealer on a marketplace like localbitcoins.com and buying bitcoins from them with cash, credit card, via PayPal, etc. or by selling goods or services for bitcoins. If your question is how to buy Bitcoin with cash, this can be done by visiting the nearest Bitcoin ATM if that is an option. How to buy bitcoin in India, China, you will need to first find out whether your country has any regulations, i.e. whether it is legal to buy Bitcoin there, and which of the aforementioned ways is easiest for you. There are online tools for that too: for example, typing “How to buy Bitcoin Canada” will bring you to a website that shows the exchanges available to you. Once you have your wallet you can then proceed to buy your coins, some wallets offer a built in exchange , like bitcoin.com or coinbase, where you buy then directly from your wallet otherwise you can use any of the options mentioned above. Remember these few things when your buying bitcoins though Always enter you bitcoin address carefully for where you want your purchased coins to go, I recommend copy and paste and double check always , once the coins are bought and sent there is No way of getting them back if you put in the wrong address ! Always look at sellers reputation and feedback if your using a site like localbitcoins.com or paxful. Users with negative reviews or feedback is probably not a great idea, Always check the exchange rate, for example if one user is selling them cheaper than another its worth checking his reputation and feedback , Nobody is going to sell you bitcoins for less than the market value, and if they are is likely a scam. Fees, Always check the fees your going to pay for the exchange and for withdrawal to your personal wallet , they can be quite high and are set at the seller or at the sites discretion! Just remember nearly every bitcoin transaction requires fees somewhere along the way, So if you want to buy £20 or $20 or any other currency you might need to add a little more if you want the full £20 $20 ect to cover the fees. So after buying your coins you will be given a tx number ( transaction number ) that you can use to trace your transaction on the public blockchain, Usually transactions are completed within a few minutes but sometimes longer. Now that you have your bitcoins in your wallet they are yours to spend as you wish. I hope this guide was helpful to new comers to the mind boggling world of cryptocurrencies, And for those of you than are already well aware of the process and think i have missed something important , please feel free to add comments, the more information the better. thanks for reading ❤️

JEEPERS0029 Posted November 3, 2018 #7 Posted November 3, 2018 I no longer make purchases on the platforms as a cornerbase the fees have become too high! so when I want to put bitcoin on stake for example I use cash by buying a paysafe card and with it I buy bitcoins on Exchanger Bitcoin which does not take too much expense and I put my stake address! it usually takes 45 minutes, 1 hour to process.Exchanging Bitcoin even makes the litecoins! I'd rather do it like that now, I've had too many surprises Thanks bye. Bye.👍
