Ladder bonus isn't a mandatory or official bonus. It's a random bonus that users receive from time to time via email. Support can't do anything about it.

So if i dont have any mail from the ladder even reached vip its normal?

Yes, that's normal. It's not related to your VIP rank. Many people haven't received this bonus for years.

Im plat 1 never ever get this Bonus This is not a condition. Everyone has their own luck. There are those who have taken it more than twice, and some have not received it for years.Don't worry play and you will get it in the future

If you want ladder bonus then you need to wager more than 5k usd in one day and your every single bets must should be more than 10 usd,and finally you must in loss.Then you will get it.i got 3 times in 5 months.
