My 13Legs multi of $1.11USD with 11.18x, WHY I DIDNT GET THE PRIZE?

I posted #88 on page 4 on 2500-perfect-10 for week ended on 29September2025. My Multi bet was initially 13legs and 1 bet was voided means still 12 bets were there and it paid out 10.48x after removing the voided bet. Then How come I m not able to claim the prize ?

I have share the screenshots of the post and also the betslip link with Bet ID.

The rule clearly says that if there are voided, half win , half loss bets etc. In the parlay It will not qualify for the perfect 10 sports promotion.

@Aqsiko i saw that but my mu;lti still had over 10legs which were not voided neither half win etc...
