Me - platinum 3 vip. Over 1 million $ wagered, i never get bonuses on email adress. No more vip ladders, no exclusive wager offer where even gold vip's get them. I am active, wagering a lot some weeks and still nothing. Feels like stake only gives personalized offers to low rank vip's. High ones are left behind. Just my thought. I never in history of stake in 5 years got personalized wager offer and again hearing that from friends that they got that. Support team copy pastes same message that marketing team is behind all that. Feels like reaching platinum 1 and need to create new account or just move to other casino. Thats sad, stake team.

If it makes you feel any better, I leveled to plat 3 all in 1 day essentially and received 8 ladder emails all at the same time, but the buttons in the emails didnt work and I wasn't aware that those emails were bonuses, so by the time I learned those emails were actually bonuses, support told me there was nothing they could do, as they're only good for 7 days apparently...  Mind you I'm down like $90,000 too... It feels bad but it is what it is I guess, just gotta keep moving forward. good luck 🫡
