Does game Automatically Settle the Free Spins ?

Hey! I was doing bonus hunt for almost 2-2 hour. After getting 20-30 different game i start open the games. But when i open the  " Secret of Stones " and " Danger Voltage " for free spins. They were gone! Since in Secret of Stones you need pick 3 stones and in Danger Voltage you get 2 option for free game. Which i close game and have not pick anything.

 

So i contact support. They just keep say same thing. The game automatically done by itself after 30 min. So my free spins are gone without i select or do anything! This is just unbelievable! And they are not helping with anything..

 

Btw both of them have different provider!

One of them " Netent " one of them " Big Time Studios " .

I have play in different websites and this never happend to me. Its just shame!
