Due to the technical team acknowledging their error

I have a total wager of $105,000, but the statistics show only $80,000. I reported this issue to live support and even mentioned that if a $25 code was issued, I wouldn’t be able to claim it because of this discrepancy. There is clearly around $20,000 in missing wager.

The support agent said they would ask the technical team about it and told me to contact them again if I received the code. Later, the $25 code arrived, but it clearly stated: “You do not meet the required wager to claim this code.” However, I actually have $105,000 wagered, which should qualify me.

Then, the technical team confirmed that my wager amount was indeed sufficient for this code — but by that time, the code had already expired or run out. This is not my fault. I am just a user, and even the technical team has admitted the issue, yet I’m the one being penalized. This is unacceptable.

That also means I’ll likely receive less for my weekly rewards. Moreover, Eddie gives $100 codes on stream for users with over $100K wager, and now I won’t be able to claim that either. Stake is still not fixing this issue and continues to treat me unfairly.

When I contact live support and mention that I sent a message earlier — even showing a screenshot that the code was working — they tell me to ignore that. How is that fair? It’s not my fault, but I’m the one being disadvantaged. This is extremely irresponsible.

I was supposed to be able to claim the $25 code, but your system error prevented me from doing so. On top of that, I won’t be able to claim the $100 code from Eddie’s stream either. In total, I’ve been put at a $125 loss because of your technical issue — not because of any mistake on my part.

You’re punishing a user for something that’s clearly not their fault. I explained all of this to live support, yet they did nothing to resolve my issue or compensate for my loss. I even have a screenshot showing that the $25 code could not be claimed due to the wager requirement, and the support agent told me to “ignore that.” Seriously, are these the kind of people working in live support?

Your system’s technical problem caused me to lose access to rewards I rightfully earned. I have 105 tickets, and each ticket represents $1,000 wagered. So, it’s clear I have $105,000 in total wagers. The fact that only $80,000 is showing is your technical fault — not mine.

And now you’re penalizing the user because of your own system’s failure. No other casino site treats users this way. I will share this issue both on the forum and on review sites that rate Stake. To be completely honest, this feels like fraud.

No one should tell me that Stake is the best casino. Because of your technical issues, I couldn’t claim my $125 bonus codes. When I contact live support, they tell me the code has already been used — yet your own team confirmed in chat that users with over $100K wager can claim these codes.

If I’m not able to claim them despite meeting all the requirements, that’s your system’s fault, not mine. You took away my $125 that I rightfully earned. For me, Stake is a scam.
