Why can't I use my account anymore?

I can't use my account anymore for no apparent reason, and it has a very large balance. What should I do now?

So, the story goes like this! I registered on stake.com and had to complete Level 1 and 2 verifications to be able to deposit and bet.

After Level 1 and 2 verifications were approved, I made a deposit and bet as usual. In one of the games I was playing, there was a promotional game called Stake vs. Eddie. I don't know or remember what that game was.

Suddenly, a few days later, I received a message with a gift from that promotion of around $80.

Still not believing the free money prize, I tried to withdraw about $3 to confirm it was real.

The withdrawal wouldn't process. I was asked to complete Level 3 and 4 verifications.

After completing Level 3 and 4 verifications, I suddenly had to complete Level 2 all over again. This is where the situation spiraled, leaving my initial balance unusable. And in the end, my account was permanently restricted for no apparent reason.

What about my deposit? How can I get it back?

Their support team sent me a link to the terms and conditions. I read them carefully and found nothing I did wrong that would warrant a permanent restriction.

And why were Level 1 and 2 verifications initially approved and then canceled after I made a deposit?

So, what are your thoughts now, and how can I get my account and money back?
