One that I'll never forget was a football accumulator that had every selection correct except the last match. It stayed 0–0 for almost the entire game, and I had already accepted the bet was gone. Then there were two goals in stoppage time, and somehow the final leg landed. 😅

It wasn't my biggest payout, but it was definitely the most memorable because the emotions went from disappointment to disbelief in just a couple of minutes.

Since then, I've learned not to celebrate too early or give up too early either. Football can be unpredictable until the final whistle.
