Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you with this issue.

Please refer to the official email you received from Stake regarding promotions.

You are no longer eligible to participate, but if circumstances change, you will be notified via email accordingly.
Furthermore, as the email mentions, you can still deposit, play and withdraw with no issues, and claim other bonuses and benefits as well. You just can't participate in casino or sports promotions on our platform. Once again, we are unable to overrule this, and we can't provide further clarification or reasoning.
