Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you with this issue.

Please refer to the official email you received from Stake regarding promotions.

You are no longer eligible to participate, but if circumstances change, you will be notified via email accordingly.
Furthermore, as the email mentions, you can still deposit, play and withdraw with no issues, and claim other bonuses and benefits as well. You just can't participate in casino or sports promotions on our platform. Once again, we are unable to overrule this, and we can't provide further clarification or reasoning.

Sorry, I haven’t received any such mail, and my account is eligible because I am getting the benefits of every promotion, whether it’s sports promotion or casino promotion. I also haven’t received any such mail from Stake, and I have already talked to live support — they also said that my account is eligible and confirmed that I am eligible.

 

I think you just don’t want to recalculate it again, and you are trying to suppress a voice
