Do not expect this bonus, you might get one eventually, or you might not.

Im plat 1 93%
this was the very first time i got the ladder bonus in plat one and i’ve had 3 in total all in plat 1 only!

Received twice so far, but after silver to platinum 1 didn't receive any such bonus again. I miss it sometimes
