Giving wrong monthly bonus

I’ve received my monthly bonus, but it looks incorrect based on my recent activity.

My total wager this month was around $40,000, and I had about $150 in losses, but I only got a $20 bonus. I believe this amount doesn’t reflect my actual wagering and losses.

Please have someone from the Marketing Team or the relevant department review my account and verify the correct bonus amount.

I always stay active and wager regularly, so I’d really appreciate if my case could be checked once more.
