Casino game winning is not getting credited to wallet

Respected sir/madam,

Recently i had contacted support and asked for unfinished games in casino they gave me 3 games where my games were unfinished.  I got the winning of two unfinished games. One game name poseidon vs apollo where i got around 74rs. After all spins its shows win but the amount is not getting credited to my wallet.  I provided screenshot to support but they are saying that i dont have any unfinished games rirs a glitch. If i reload the game it shows me again that i have unfinished game left. So what should i do now. I have paid for bonus buy i should get my winning in my account whatsoever the amount is.
