I  have been o stake for  more than 1 year now and just wanted to address some serious issues regarding the support and marketing team though i know  nothing would change  coz no one in stake give fuck about   customer and their  problem.

FIRST, when ever we chat with support they always reply with texts which are robotic. it feels like they have all the responses saved in the system and they just copy paste it. Even f I ask them about  different thing , they just reply with something which is irrelevant and when i ask them  to please read and understand my concern  they just either give the same response again or tell me to refer the above text. Like, they just a set of limited responses   which they copy and paste.

If they dont find any response good enough for a request they just tell they dont have any information or access to it and after that when i ask them to connevt me to the concerned team or i ask them to contact the team and get informatiom they just tell me its not possible I mean how can u say that you cant get info. or get a reason of something from  your own companies  team? this only means you really give a fuck about the customer's issue  and prefer not move your muscle coz you are getting paid for relaxing your ass on the chair right.If you think thats your so called  customer support is doing good  then stake should use AI chat bot and fire this good for nothing support team atleast stake will save money which they are get paid.

second, why  we dont see the time  mentioned anywhere in the mail or on the site after which the bonus gets expired ?? if u send bonus mail to someone and dont  mention the time period for which the bonus is active then it simplies we can claim it whenever we want right ? but  i  ask the question to support they just say bonus needs to be  claimed during a specific time period after which its invalid. okay, i can understand but then if I ask about why this was not mentioned in mail and what is the time period then  they put this on other saying its handled by other team and they dont have access to this information and the same thing goes on which i highlighted in 'FIRST'.

India have to major festivals Holi and Diwali okay and many people got bonus during holi which i didnt recieved so i asked the reason of this to support and they told its  decided by the marketing lead and randomly given by the marketing team and i was okay cool. Then this happened again&again like how its possible man that i am  using stake  every day  since i joined it and  i dont get the for once and people who login for some tym in a month are recieving and posting about it. How is this even fair man ?? like diwali festival not happening for remaining people is that how  your marketing team work or your marketing head decide ?

Lets see the people who is on Stake's  payroll  will take responsbility of anything and have something to say about this or just gonna  ignore this and prove that  you all just dont give a fuck about customer and will play the same game which your chat support do.
