which one is good to play?

Omaha 5 cards is better in my opinion because it provides more flush hand possibilities with two different suits due to the additional card.

but sometimes i think, it will be like nightmare , when your hand's card was good but your enemy have bad card , and then , he flip to stright or full house

A flush hand takes care of straights, while a full house is only possible when a pair is present on the table.

All you gotta do is aim for a high flush.
