No Diwali bonus because I opted for break in play!

I have selected break in play for 1 month and due to that i didnt get mt diwali bonus.. is it fair at any level?  i played entire year and almost reaching gold level.. but when it stake's time to send diwali bonus to all indian, they exclude me from this.. @NemanjaPi
