Discrepancy in bonus vs. wagered amount — please help

Hi Stake Support,

I noticed a discrepancy in my account statistics. On 23rd october 2025 my weekly wagered total shows ≈ $30,368 but my bonuses total is only $31. For comparison, an earlier snapshot with far smaller wagered volume (~$1,560) shows $37 in bonuses.

Please could you check:

Whether all my wagers for this period were counted correctly (no voids/refunds).

If there is a delay or pending calculation for bonuses/rakeback.

Whether my VIP/rakeback tier or any account settings changed.

I’ve attached two screenshots (today’s and Oct 17) for reference. Please let me know what caused this and when the correct bonus will be reflected.
