twopeters Posted October 27, 2025 #1 Posted October 27, 2025 Not sure if you reading this read my previous post about not getting a climbing the ladder bonus in over a year with 4-5 level ups and not receiving the monthly bonus e-mails or any promo emails since March. Long story short, my Host is the best and spoke with marketing and indeed 6 were sent that were not received so I got $100 each and vaulted weeks ago. So by no fault of mine and I was inquiring for a year there was an error on the marketing side and finally the problem is fixed as I am getting the promotional emails and the monthly bonus e-mails. BUT AFTER THE DURATION OF A YEAR FIASCO AND ME HAVING A HUNCH THERE WAS AN ISSUE AND BEING TOLD INCORRECTLY BY SUPPORT COUNTLESS TIMES IN THAT TIMEFRAME, I was expecting I would have atleast received a climbing the ladder bonus once the e-mail issue was resolved. It has been 5-6 weeks since the resolution and I am 20% to becoming plat5 and still no "crm sort of apology climbing the ladder bonus" for the fiasco... What a drag... I love Stake, I love my Host and I want to say the same about the marketing department but they are not giving me a reason to feel that way. Marketing team, I know and you know that a few of those climbing the ladder that were sent and I did not get were greater than the 100/per I received once the issue was put into light. When I got to plat 4 there was a week leading up to and the following weeks, I spent 27K out of pocket and assume a climbing the ladder would have been issued and certainly more than 100sc. Please send me a Climbing the ladder bonus, it still has been over a year since I have seen once in my inbox, opened it and redeemed a bonus from one. It is the right thing to do and if one is sent I will give you all a booster review on trust pilot for coming to an adequare CRM resolution for the year plus hassle I have had. There were many times during that period where if I had received what was sent, would have gone a long way in helping me at that time, but we can not get those times back. I hope you understand and see this from a player's, customer's and loyal patron's perspective:)
