Thanks for replying and getting my topic back! I have already contacted support, and there is nothing they can do, they can't help or answer my questions. I'm more than curious to see player's feedback/responses for this week gameplay bonuses to see if it only affects me or no :) Best Regards

Hola, ¿cómo están?

Quisiera consultar si es posible que mi caso de silencio en el chat sea revisado nuevamente por el equipo de moderación o por un moderador senior.

Ya envié una apelación por correo, pero la respuesta que recibí no resolvió mi situación, y creo sinceramente que se trató de un malentendido (no compartí información personal ni incumplí las normas de forma intencional).

Agradezco mucho si algún miembro del staff, como @IvanaBe o @AleksandarG, pudiera orientarme sobre los pasos a seguir o revisar el caso.
