Do I have to post 10 times to comment on Eddie’s weekly

Hello, I was trying to comment on Eddie’s giveaway that he has weekly, but I don’t see where I can put my comment. I read something along saying that you had to have 10 post in order to comment. Does that mean have to write 10 of these in order to be able to write

You got that right. Users must have at least 10 posts on the forum to be eligible to enter the giveaway.  There are many different topics on the forum and you are welcome to join a conversation in any of the existing topics. Like that, you can collect 10 posts easily.
