Did not recieve highest odds monthly prize (300$)

I hit a 462x multi in the early october waited for the whole month for the prize and 5 days before the prize distribution i got promotion ban out of no reason ok i should not get the promotions money for the upcoming promos but i should have recieved the promo that i already completed before the promotion ban please help me guys.
