Whats going on with Play N Go and Elk Studios on Stake??

I really dont understand why Elk studios and play n go games have been unavailable for so long now? and nobody can answer why or what , support gives u the usual copy paste answer of no info 

Particularly Book of Dead from Play N Go has been gone for a long time now. Same with Elk studios 

Why do these game work on all other casinos but not here? Is there a normal reason behind something like this? or is it as fishy as it smells ;>
