I received an email on November 5th :

“We have identified your account as one that has received an excessive amount of bonuses compared with subsequent gameplay, which is limiting our ability to cater to all types of players.”

Here’s my topic to discuss :

1. I received my bonus from the slot call Stake weekly stream.

2. I completed the Level Up Challenge on November 2nd. If this issue was known beforehand, I wish you had informed me earlier so I wouldn’t have participated.

3. Since receiving my weekly stream bonus, I’ve wagered over $102k — so I am an active player.

4. The prize IS only $60, and I didn’t get it for free — I was actually down about $40, if I’m not mistaken.

5. I’m not complaining about receiving or not receiving bonuses; this is about fairness. I’ve played legitimately. Please take a look at my lifetime PNL — you’ll see that I’m genuine.

6. Please don’t close this ticket until either Eddie or Steve review it and see what the system or marketing team or whatever you named it make a good job

sadly no one will do anything for you in that case. you just are unable to play promos now for ~4-6 weeks until they give you the option back (if you continue playing normally like always).

This system is stupid and in our promo friends group we have few ppl with the same bann (and some of them got the option back already).

Long story short: you get nothing for finished promos after your mail and no one will change it.

What you can still do: Slothunt in Challenges chat. All other promos are dead now until you get the next mail with change.
