Dragon problem that has not been fixed

Today I confirmed that there is no fairness with Stake. I encountered a problem in the Dragon game because of this issue. I was losing because squares were appearing far from their original positions. I lost a lot of money because of this. When I reported my problem to the support team, they did not compensate me or fix the problem. They only told me to delete my data and re-register without compensation, even though it is their game.

I didn't reach the point of playing. How many do you see in the picture? I stopped. I took a picture of a problem. I didn't even place a bet, and the squares are still above.
